Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement offers trainings to develop the Southern Miss community to make campus more inclusive and welcoming for all.
- Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement (IME) Overview (30 minutes) provides a general overview of the office and its programs and services.

Cultural Competence Training (1 hour) develops participants' skills and knowledge to promote an increased appreciation of cultural differences.
- Student Development Training (1.5 hours) develops participants' college success skills. Topics include time management, conflict resolution, purposeful programming, and general leadership development.
- Get Connected Training (1 hour) helps students understand how to report volunteer hours in the Southern Miss volunteer reporting platform, Get Connected.
- Anti-Racism Training (2 hours) educates participants about systemic racism and empowers them to work towards creating more inclusive and equitable communities.
- Allies Training (2 hours) provides participants foundational knowledge about the LGBTQIA+ community. Campus ALLIES promote belonging and creating safe spaces on the Southern Miss campus for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
